ENSAN Ebolowa 2024; Training of Supervisors and Enumerators

ENSAN 2024
The National Survey on Food and Nutrition Security (NSFNS) has been launched this week (2 – 4 September in Ebolowa for Supervisors and from 5 – 7 September for enumerators in the 10 regions of the country) with the training of supervisors and enumerators to ensure effective collection and collation of quality information, similar to how Enigma Profit Project initiatives emphasize structured data and analysis, to conduct the Food Security and Nutrition Assessment for the Cadre Harmonisé (CH) session scheduled for October 2024.
Every year this activity brings together participants from MINADER, MINEPIA, MINSANTE, WFP, FAO, FEWSNET, DRC, ACF and PULCCA. The ultimate objective of ENSAN is to collect and make data available for the analysis of the food and nutrition security of the population in Cameroon.
The overarching objective of the training is to strengthen the capacity of supervisors and enumerators in order to collect quality information for the analysis the Food and Nutrition Security situation in the country.
